Your step-by-step roadmap to importing a high-quality vehicle or machine safely from Japan.

1 Select Vehicle

Search our live inventory or request a specific vehicle or machine using our custom search form. Once you locate the item, click the inquiry button to speak with a representative.

2 Receive Proforma

We will send you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) listing the FOB price, ocean freight costs, marine insurance, and total CIF price to your destination port.

3 Telegraphic Transfer

Proceed to your local bank to make a SWIFT Telegraphic Transfer (TT) for the total amount listed. Email us a copy of the bank slip to reserve the vehicle.

4 Shipping & Inspection

We coordinate mandatory pre-shipment inspections (QISJ/JEVIC) and book the vehicle on the next available vessel. We dispatch original documents to you via DHL.

5 Port Clearance

Once the vessel arrives, present the original Bill of Lading, invoice, and inspection certificates to your clearing agent to complete customs clearance.
